NAI Northern California is interviewing for a Licensed Real Estate Agent (for our Oakland office) to sell Multifamily properties for owners/investors throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a driven and experienced real estate agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will buy and sell properties, while acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. You will study property listings, list and advertise properties, match clients with potential properties and represent clients when discussing sales.​ Job Functions Drive new business development through prospecting including networking and cold-calling. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients or prospective clients about real estate investment methods, properties, levels of risk, projected economic conditions, and expected market demands. Work with senior team members as needed to assist in calls and business development activities Assist clients in selling properties by establishing asking price, advertising the property, listing the property with listing services and conducting tours for prospective buyers. Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting and making offers of purchase on properties. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Complete forms including but not limited to property listings, listing agreements, purchase offers, commission agreements, counter offers, and contracts of purchase and sale. Prepare and execute business plans. Attend weekly sales meetings/training and participate in training fellow sales professionals. Requirements Active Real Estate license or ability to obtain a valid Real Estate License 1+ years of experience as a salesperson/commercial real estate broker Previous Multifamily real estate experience strongly desired College degree preferred, not required Excellent communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial nature; desire to be very successful Self-starter; ability to manage your own schedule and priorities Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills Tech savvy; Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite Basic understanding of finance (eg, concepts of present value and return on investment) Company Description More About Us: NAI Global is one of the largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Networks in the world and a global "Top 5" Commercial Real Estate Company with 400+ offices and over 7,000+ professionals.
