Job Description Cosmetics Account Manager
* Assist Sales Team by managing each project/job on a daily basis allowing him/her to focus on sales capacity or function.
o Sales department back up during times of absence
o In:house client contact
o Following through on projects whether in design, estimating or production
o Preparing sales executives correspondence for price confirmations and order acknowledgments.
* Maintain Client relationships by satisfying their needs and/or requests related to each project.
Examples of this are:
o Resolve scheduling conflicts
o Ensure displays are shipped properly : method and level of shipment
o Follow through on production counts
o Help client establish and maintain credit
o Report on project status; design, estimate, production
o Expedite project approvals
o Special customer requests
o Resolve and report on incoming/outgoing shortage discrepancies.
o Representative for Rapid Displays ensure compliance of Company Policies, and adhereto departmental procedures including but not limited to:
Project initiation
Order Acceptance
Ensure written quotes are properly prepared and disseminated to client.
Ensure order acknowledgments are properly prepared and disseminated to
Ensure adequate information is provided to the correct individuals to obtain a
delivery schedule commitment.
* Data entry in internal systems and forms required for each job as it progresses. This includes:
o Design requests
o Estimate requests
o Production requests
o Ensuring compliance with companys credit policy for each order.
o Assisting sales executive with daily schedule.
o Ensure all required information is properly gathered and submitted for the sales executive to complete the Production Order, and relay this information to the Production Department.
* Provide Production Department with all order details enabling them to perform their duties with
efficiency, and establish the communication link between our Production department and the customer.

* BA/BS degree or 5 years comparable business experience
* Computer Literate : Work within a Microsoft PC environment
o Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel a must.
Interpersonal Skills : Work with a diverse group of personnel client level to production level
Adaptability : Fast paced business, must be able to adapt to changing circumstances as presented.
Teamwork : Must operate within a teamwork environment, sometimes leading and at other times
be a contributing member.
