Job Title: SAP Sales Academy for Commercial Sales Faculty Lead
Location: San Ramon, CA
Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a SAP Sales Academy for Commercial Sales Faculty Lead at our San Ramon, CA office to leada team of four faculty members ensuring that the faculty is prepared and ready each day to deliver a high impact, creative and memorable classroom and training experience.
Expectations and Tasks: Create and oversee a four:month field rotation experience which supports the continuous development of high performing Commercial Sales Executives. Continuously enhance the CS curriculum to ensure that it is preparing the CS Associates for the latest messaging, positioning and SAP strategic topics. Provide ongoing coaching to the SAP Academy for Commercial Sales faculty. Develop an agenda and manage the numerous senior executive visits to the Academy in partnership with the SAP Academy for Sales/Presales leads and the SAP Academy Operations Lead. Manage the budget. Provide frequent updates to the GVP of the SAP Academy to ensure alignment. Participate in the Global CS leadership calls providing program updates as appropriate. Partner closely with the HR/legal teams as needed to manage any Associate personnel issues. Work closely with the SAP Academy recruiting team to ensure that all headcount is hired and filled for the upcoming class with a strong focus on maintaining the diversity targets. Create and share reporting metrics which provide insight into the success of the Academy graduates. Provide a high:quality customer facing experience, and provide continuous innovation in both curriculum content creation and delivery.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Systems, or a related field of study and 7 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Masters degree and 5 years of experience.
Work Experience: Experience must involve B2B sales techniques training. Experience in Sandler Sales Methodology. Experience in training sales associates on high:impact questioning techniques. Experience must involve B2B Sales Coaching including SPIN coaching program by Huthwaite International and Predictive Index by Predictive Index Group. Experience in providing synchronous training and presentation delivery through virtual and face:to:face sessions. Experience in virtual training platforms, including Adobe Connect and Skype. Experience in delivering live training sessions, virtually and in:person, using a variety of engagement techniques to optimize training participants learning experience and knowledge retention. Experience in utilizing SAP JAM as a collaborative platform for training content and assets management, learning retention, and learner engagement. Experience in SAP CRM to manage accounts. Experience in monitoring team management.
Travel: 10 travel required.
