Job Description Summary: Oversees and maintains administrative and human resources policies, programs and services, including legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, collection calls, employee payroll, employee communications. Assists with departments performing the following duties. · Prepares, processes and maintains employee payroll to include updating records as needed · Prepares vacation and sick time reports · Maintain travel expenses for employees · Maintains on-going personnel files, and updates information as needed · Will work with IRS, State Franchise Board and I9’s · Processes internal job announcements and related procedures · Develops, implements and updates job descriptions · Works in conjunction with management regarding evaluation procedures · Acts as Benefits Administrator for employee health, dental, 401K, 125 plans · Assists with new employee procedures, Employee Handbook updates and distribution of changes · Continue training in HR and Office skills · Handle Termination of employees · Process company payroll · Performs other related duties as assigned · Meets deadlines, prioritizes company assignments and maintains professional composure under pressure and dynamic conditions · Works well with others, both inside and outside of the company · Leads conflict resolution and maintains a constructive working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization · Remains unbiased, neutral and fair on all HR matters Qualifications/Skills: · To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily · Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, Quotewerks, MS Powerpoint) · Good organizational, communicational skills and detailed oriented · Works well in supporting team players within the company · Must be able to multi task at a fast pace · Excellent calendaring, management skills · Must be punctual with clear understanding in working in a small business environment · Professionalism Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years recent experience in HR Company Description NetXperts, located in Walnut Creek, CA is a leader in the technology industry.
